She has a strong thirst for knowledge and is always seeking out new techniques and treatments that support natural skin rejuvenation and age reversal in a safe, considered way.
With years of hands-on industry experience, Melanie brings a calm, knowledgeable, and supportive approach to teaching. She is passionate about delivering education that is clear, structured, and well-regulated, ensuring students fully understand not only what to do, but also the importance of knowing the correct dos and don’ts when working with the skin
Melanie believes effective skin rejuvenation should work with the skin rather than against it. Nichola is a skin specialist and educator with a genuine passion for skin health and helping practitioners feel confident in what they do.
She believes that real confidence comes from truly understanding the skin — knowing how it functions, how to assess it correctly, and how to treat skin concerns safely and effectively. Too often, practitioners move straight into advanced treatments without building strong foundations, which can lead to uncertainty and mistakes.
The Skinn Academy was created to change that. Nichola’s courses are designed to provide solid knowledge, practical understanding, and the confidence to work with all skin types and concerns — so students don’t just perform treatments, they truly understand the skin in front of them.
